Lice Lifters of Montgomery County does not accept or bill insurance, but we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt after your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Payment is due to the clinic at the time of service.
Check With Your Insurance Company
Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend calling your insurance company before your appointment to ask whether lice treatment may be eligible for reimbursement and what documentation they’ll need. Any reimbursement is decided by your insurer and is not guaranteed.
Itemized Receipts Upon Request
Upon request, your itemized receipt will include the service date, our clinic name and contact information, a description of services provided, and the total amount paid.
